atp GmbH focuses on the planning, development and manufacture of high-quality process/standard systems as well as customized individual production for the semiconductor, solar and special system construction sectors. With a dedicated team, flexible structures and a consistent focus on quality, we realize complex projects - efficiently, precisely and with a view to the future.

Company Profil

atp GmbH was founded in 1992 by Peter Becker and Michael Manns and has established itself as a reliable partner in the field of high-purity process and production technologies. The focus of our activities is on products and systems for demanding applications with the highest purity requirements and complex process sequences.

Our systems are manufactured by our qualified specialists - at a consistently high level of quality and with maximum reproducibility. This is how we ensure that our solutions meet the highest technological and industry-specific standards.

We have been producing at our site in Ötzingen in the Westerwald since 1995, currently covering an area of 1,200 m². For sensitive processes, we also have a 60 m² clean room for final assembly. In our modern office wing, we create the conditions for efficient planning, design and development - from the idea to the detail.
